TabTrade Overview - What to Know Before You Sign Up
The Broker - The Short VersionTabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, a New Zealand-regulated broker. That last detail matters. It says the leadership is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. Still better than a founder with no industry background. They launched with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. Tab Trade went the other way. Not the typical playbook. The instrument list: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, crypto, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For something that is a few months old, that range is solid.PlatformsThey offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Having both matters. Use whichever you prefer.MT5 is the default. Full charting, automated trading, huge user base. If you have used MetaTrader previously, you know exactly what you are getting.cTrader is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. More responsive charts. cBot support. Plenty of traders prefer it once they try it.FIX API is offered for bots but is only on the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is apparently in the works. That should make the platform set when it lands.Accounts and PricingThree account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Works for beginners.Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. Meaning your actual cost per trade can be under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. This broker requires zero deposit.VIP account. $25k to open. FIX API, execution under 20ms, negotiated fees. Not something most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you move real size. How Fast Are the FillsThe execution is where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. The average platform run hundreds of milliseconds.Does it matter? If you scalp, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. The point is the infrastructure is there. That says something about priorities.Put together that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get holds up. Few brokers in this bracket offer execution like this.SafetyNow, the part that requires honesty. The broker is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No ASIC. No fund protection scheme. If that makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Plenty of tier-1 alternatives out there. That said. Benjamin Boulter built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. That does not replace tier-1 regulation. It should inform how you think about it.The deal: you trade regulatory safety. For that: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off makes sense is your call.Deposit BonusTabTrade runs a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard welcome offer. You deposit, TabTrade credit extra capital. The normal fine print: minimum lots traded before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before funding.Everything in one place, including all here the details before you open an website account, is at tradetheday.com.
